Importing your data — Bring the audience you already have into krowd. Import a CSV with the column mapper, connect Eventbrite and Mailchimp, and rely on automatic de-duplication to keep every person to a single profile.
CSV import with the column mapper
Upload any CSV — a past attendee list, a transaction export, or a contact list — and krowd shows a column mapper so you can match your file's columns to krowd fields.
- Upload your CSV file.
- Map each column to a krowd field, like name, email, phone, or city.
- Review the preview, then run the import.
Import from Eventbrite
Pull your history out of Eventbrite so past attendees and their orders become real krowd records. That history feeds attendee profiles, so you can market to people who've come to your events before.
Import from Mailchimp
Bring your Mailchimp subscribers into krowd as attendee records. Once they're in, you can segment them with the rest of your audience and send from krowd directly.
Automatic de-duplication
Every import de-duplicates automatically. When an incoming row matches someone already in krowd, the records merge into one profile instead of creating a duplicate.
That means you can safely import overlapping lists — your Eventbrite export and your Mailchimp audience often share people — and still end up with one clean record per person.
